Back Injection Molding
The process combines injection molding with thermoplastic compression molding. Organosheet or consolidated blanks are heated, shaped in the mold and subsequently back injection molded.In ACTC, an injection machine is integrated to the high-accuracy press. With this integration, back injection molding process is achievable at ACTC. We could use it to manufacture complex structures in one-step process.
